Returning An Item
It is of upmost importance to us that you are full 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate refund or exchange. To return your order to us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team, or your return may be denied.
We need your email tracking number and order number to our customer service team after you have sent your package out. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.
- Eligible Products:
- Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of using or odor)
- Have all tags on them and are in their original packaging
- Item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt
- Ineligible Products:
- The item was used (not in the same condition you received them)
- The item was damaged or the original status was changed
- Custom orders, Clearance items, Gift gallery items, Items under Promotions & Sales
Note: please print the order information with the return item.
We will use HK post (12-15 days)to sent the replacement,re-send item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For re-delivery on order exchanges and replacements of the exchange,
- Within 15 days, After you received the item:
We will afford the shipping costs for Returns.
- Over 16 days, After you received the item:
You will still be responsible for returning and re-delivery costs incurred.
The receiving date gets by the tracking information,if there is no tracking information,we will get the receiving date as that,after 30 days we marked the order status Shipped.
For some cases, customer may not get a full refund after communicate with our customer service team. Shipping and handling fees are only refundable on defective, incorrect or missing orders.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will credit your refund back to PayPal or credit card. Please note that if you still have not received your refund in 13 working days, please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any inquiries regarding your refund.
